The Role
I love my internship at Citi. It is fulfilling and extremely exciting.
I feel really valued and I feel part of the team and organization
I was and I am given a lot of guidance for tasks I am given to and for my whole summer internship.
Varies from day to day but I would say I am never bored and always challenged.
I am given a lot of responsibility on a daily basis.
We got a one week training and it prepared us interns for the real work.
The Company
Extremely collaborative and helpful atmosphere by everyone in the office.
The overall work place was set up quite well, except an outdated office package and a missing headset.
The company invests a lot in interpersonal mentoring (buddy and mentor system) and also in technical training (ongoing trainings)
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Extremely appealing and I would definitely start full time if I get the chance.
The Culture
The social scene is extraordinary and we develop a good team spirit.
The cost is quite high but if you want to work in London it is what it is.
In the area there is almost no nightlife...bars close around midnight.
There are several sport activities and drinks organized by the team
