    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I have enjoyed it so far. It's based locally and great people work here. The other interns are great and we have had lots of activities and experiences together.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I feel very valued. I have been welcomed with open arms into the team.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • At first it was difficult as my manager is based in Poole. As time went on I became more confident in just being able to pick up the phone and give him a call. Also I had a buddy which helped massively.

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • At first not busy at all, but I think that was my fault as I didn't fully understand what my project was. As soon as I got an understanding things kicked off.

    4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Not much responsibly in terms of the teams processes. My work was very much so mapping a process and highlighting any opportunities for automation improvement.

    3/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
