The Role
I highly enjoyed the placement.
The team was very supportive and helpful. They valued me as a team member since the first day of my placement.
My manager was very supportive. He helped me to achieve my placement goal.
It depended on workload. usually busy
There was no difference between my and my team colleagues with more years of experience. I got assigned the individual projects after first 3 months. I took the responsibility for my projects.
I learned a lot and gained many transferable skills. Among others, it is time management and communication skills. I learned how to start and finish the project and how to collaborate with others.
The Company
Was good.
The company organised for all the interns the Intern Breakfast club, where a different BU was coming to present every month. We got an opportunity to learn more about the company. We also practiced our communication skills by giving the presentations to the senior people in the company. i had my mentor and could speak to him about everything.
I received the necessary training to perform my role.
The company does two leadership programmes for graduates that I might consider.
The Culture
Yes, we knew each other from the first month in the company as there were meeting organised for us.
Not so expensive.
The are a few nice spots.
Yes, there were some.
