The Role
It was a great environment to work in. Everyone in the company was friendly and willing to teach and guide me throughout my year. Made some very good friends during my time here as well with the other placement students.
My opinions were valued throughout my time here.
My manger and team were always around and willing to help whenever I needed it.
We are pretty much given the responsibility of managing our schedules ourselves. Which gave us a good sense of being responsible and managing our time. We had time to break away from work at times during the day, but we also had times where we had our hands full.
I was given the opportunity to manage several projects during my time here. There was also a constant guidance from my manager which was also very helpful.
