    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • From the moment I started on my first day, there were emails of welcome, technology and logins available, stationary, friendly faces and clear guidance on the work expected, visits already in the diary, options for events to attend and flexibility on how I would like to work. Everything Else

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?
  • I was well paid and more than in any other summer scheme I have been involved in. I was not expected to pay for anything including numerous team lunches and celebrations

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • There were a lot of sessions booked but these were generally based up in London with the regional offices having online attendance, which offered less networking options. However as an office I was included in all celebrations and team lunches and was able to visit other offices to network further.

    4/5

  • Very friendly and everyone was very approachable and post work there were plenty of social outings that could be joined for those not driving.

    5/5

  • 14. Did you find out about activities that employees can get involved in outside of work?
  • I did discuss with some members of my team the activities that they had been involved in and the regular opportunities that come up for the employees.
