The Role
I really enjoyed my internship. Everyone was really friendly and provided me with plenty of work to be getting on with. I learnt lots about the business and everyone was happy to answer any questions I may have.
The team made me feel most welcome. I felt included and was invited to any social events they had planned. They always thanked me for any work I had done. I felt a part of the team.
My mentor frequently checked in on me and was always happy to help with any queries or issues I had.
I would have liked more work, but given the time I was there they made a great effort to ensure I always had something to be getting on with.
I was given repsosnibility for the work I completed.
I have learnt some skills for life. I have bettered my communication, presentation, social skills. As well as learning to use new software and develop my skills in excel.
The Company
The office had a friendly atmosphere, it was very relaxed and an enjoyable place to work.
I felt the placement was well organised. In order to improve I would say that the first team I visited were not aware I was coming.
I felt the company put a lot of time and effort into me.
Company Parties/Events
I will definitely be applying to the Savills graduate scheme.
The Culture
Yes I was always invited out for a drink or lunch on a Friday.
Relatively cheap and perfectly manageable given the pay. I did not find this a problem.
It had a good nightlife. I chose not to go out but if you wanted to I know from experience it has a very active nightlife.
I was invited to play in a netball match and to some lunch and learn opportunities.
