The Role
Fantastic place to work!
I didn't feel like a UG, they treat you as a real employee and are highly valued.
I was lucky to have a great boss who helped me wherever she could. Whether this was work related or personal I had a very supportive manager and colleagues.
I was given a lot of responsibility once I proved myself which was great. Helping directly with the growth and success of the business was very rewarding.
I was given a huge amount of responsibility. There have been times where I have produced work for Board of Management.
Intermediate & advanced excel courses, as well as powerful presentations courses have helped me massively. they are skills I will carry with me into my future career.
The Company
friendly, relaxed but also hard working - there was the perfect balance.
very well organised, but with room for flexibility.
they fully invested in me, whether this was mandatory courses, or optional ones, they were all very accessible and my manager encouraged me to take advantage of these.
