About You
Really enjoyable, very varied tasks over the four weeks and a nice, friendly atmosphere in the office.
Felt like everyone was very thankful for the work completed and they were all very welcoming into their teams.
Someone was always on hand to help with any questions I had and the graduates were always happy to help too.
Useful skills such as report writing and information gathering were developed which are important skills for any degree. Lots of information gained on future career options in the sector and how to enter the sector as a non-cognate student.
The Company
Each week working with different departments to give a better overview of what the company does.
Very positive atmosphere in the office, everyone helps eachother.
They taught me how to complete tasks and made sure I knew what I was doing before starting them.
Although it was a short placement I got to see what each team does daily and what life in a full time role would be like.
Very nice company culture with a positive atmosphere where people of all levels help one another.
Very helpful, varied tasks and rotation around departments helped to expose me to what the departments do.
Everything Else
Lots of opportunity through moving around departments and through events like drinks after work.
Good, especially given it is the summer and a lot of people are on holiday, the office is very sociable.
Yes, very usefull to gain information about an international company and see how they work and what they do and experience the company culture also.
