The Role
The people in my team were so kind and smart - a pleasure to work with.
My co-workers were really busy but had always time to answer my questions.
I was given a project at the beginning of my internship, on which I worked on most of the time. You have to be proactive in order to get the most out of your internship. People also expect you to work independently and organise your own schedule.
It was very busy during the morning. From noon onwards it calmed down. I
I had full responsibility for my project which I had to present in front of the whole team.
I gained a deep insight on how the Sales and Trading profession is like and what skills are needed in order to be successful.
The Company
Vibrant, dynamic, welcoming and very exciting! Everyone was really nice and smart and willing to help me.
It was indeed very organised and clear.
We received many trainings and attended many presentations in which we were taught the skills and knowledge needed in order to be successful.
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Cannot really give an answer to that. But internship will receive an offer onto the graduate scheme if they are successful.
The Culture
Yes, I hang out with me fellow interns a lot and we always had so much fun. Moreover, there are so many social events within the company in which people can network and make new friends. I also often went out for after-work drinks with my co-workers.
London standard.
There is a club or bar for every budget
