The Role
I really enjoyed my internship experience because I had a lot of responsibility and I got to communicate with many different kinds of people.
I felt really a part of the team and I was treated like a full time employee.
I gained so much feedback and guidance throughout my internship.
Some days were busier than others but overall it was a decent balance of having things to do.
I as given a lot of responsibility and I felt I had a tangible impact on the branch.
While the internship was not as analytical as I am used to in school, I gained a lot of communication and conflict management skills that will help me throughout my career.
The Company
There was a fun office atmosphere.
It took a long time to get my location placement and I would have appreciated more transparency on how they choose which location you are placed in.
Everyone at my branch mentored me and made me a better employee.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Lots of room for growth in the company if it is a good fit.
The Culture
The after work events were fun and it was nice to meet people in different branches.
Cost of living is very reasonable.
Great bar scene in downtown providence.
We had a habitat for humanity event.
