The Role
I enjoyed the different things in my job but not the day to day things
I felt valued by most colleagues and they involved me a lot
Not much support was given
I was very busy and often worked after hours
I was given a lot of responsibility at the best of times and got fovenmany opportunities
The skills I acquired have laid out a future career path for me and have also helped me to focus my studies best in final year
The Company
The atmosphere was always busy friendly and fun. Everyone got along and we have an open door policy so management, interns, sales teams and all are working on the same level
The placement was not organised my job was awful but luckily many opportunities arose to keep me busy
The company set up a sales training program which developed 15 candidates very strongly in the field of sales
Working from home
Very appealing I want to return to Hewlett Packard Enterprise
The Culture
Yes there were many interns and we did a lot of things together. Work teams also do a lot like nights out and trips etc
Living in reading was not cheap but not expensive socialising was expensive and there aren’t many good places to go
Awful there are no places to go in reading I would not recommend it
There were not many opportunities outside of work it was a very work based placement
