The Role
Massively enjoyed, treated like a full time team member and given real tasks rather than just fetch the coffee etc.
For the experience I have (not too much) I feel very valued and people listen to my opinion.
In the real world it is sink or swim really but my manager/supervisor were always there when I hit a brick wall
My job entails fixing customer bugs and over the summer months customers tend to not report as many bugs. However over winter and around the launch of a new product I was very busy.
In charge of vital processes and handling some of my own cases. An intern could not really ask for more responsibility
Like many interns I would argue I learned far more here than I have done during my University course.
The Company
Very chilled atmosphere and very friendly team, almost a family atmosphere
Organisation left a little to be desired, a lot of things were very last minute
I attended a few events but no personal training took place
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing, really enjoyed my time here
The Culture
Very good, 50 young people with a penchant for alcohol are always going to get on.
More than I was used to but hardly London prices.
Pretty poor, small town not a lot going on.
Absolutely tons, lots of local charity work and events to help organise/take part in.
