The Role
The huge benefit of having other interns my age meant we were all learning together. The full time colleagues we always friendly and supportive. A great team to be part of.
They gave me full responsibility during the year and challenged me to further develop my skills in other areas of the team.
My supervisors worked very close to me on a daily basis and offered endless advise and support throughout the year.
Due to the environment we were operating in i was much busier than normal. However, i thoroughly enjoyed my time.
I was treated as a full time employee so i was given full responsibility which was daunting at first but my confidence has grown massively.
Both my soft and hard skills have been developed this year. I feel like i have grown as a person in my placement year.
The Company
My team were always great fun!
We have an intern training us for the first 6 weeks and also the first couple of weeks had organized training meetings for the interns. I felt they has fully prepared us for the role.
