The Role
Enjoyed it very thoroughly, from interview to wrap up. The line of work I chose (Building Surveying) contibuted to this lots.
I felt very valued, lots of effort was made by senior staff to socialise in and out of work. We were also assigned buddies from the graduate pool.
To a great extent, everyone sits close and is always able to answer a question.
Very busy, as long as I asked around for work when I wasn't assigned any.
I was given some free reign to do pieces of work, but everything I did went through a quality assessment.
The skills I devloped will definitely help me understand my final year studies, and the industry.
The Company
Very committed to serving our clients, however the office was still social and fun.
Induction covered everything, we had lots of extra carricular events organised too.
Senior staff took considerable time explaining things to me and making sure I actually developed.
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing, definitely on my list of grad programmes to apply for.
The Culture
Yes, we all had a group chat and socialised at least once a week.
As it was London it was not cheap to live or socialise.
Very good food and pub scene, plenty places to explore.
Yes, we played intern v graduate softball and socialised after.
