The Role
I really enjoyed the experience. It was challenging and informative. I feel like I understand a lot more about the actuarial profession now than when I started.
They were absolutely lovely!
They were always ready and eager to help. I never felt at a loss for what to do.
I kept pretty busy, the assignments and the python project I was given really helped with this.
Enough, I was given sole responsibility for (easy) client deliverable under tight time restraints.
Lots of very transferable skills.
The Company
Really fun place to work.
We ended up having a few training sessions that were not hugely relevant. Some of the grads were a bit unsympathetic with their assignment setting and not great teachers.
A lot. I had a training day each week and access to a lot of different projects and expertise in the form of colleagues.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Likely to get a job (I hope).
The Culture
Yes, we all got on well and had fun.
High for the first part and then really reasonable.
Don't care.
