The Role
Steep and enriching learning curve. Gained many skills.
Very friendly team who get involved in your development.
Well structured such that your manager is always giving feedback and working with you for internal development.
Working hours fluctuates between busy and very busy. There's always something to do and things to learn.
Given space to take initiative but with constant support and checks and balances in place to ensure quality work is produced.
Skills gained are highly transferable and work ethic / communication skills inculcated are applicable to degree studies and future career.

Strong team who knew how to work hard and play hard from seniors to juniors
Training to ensure fundamentals are sound, then team attachments to gain relevant experience and develop interests.
