The Role
I loved my internship, great introduction to asset management. Everyone was so helpful and made time to go through anything I wanted to discuss.
Everyone was incredibly friendly and open.
The first few weeks were the most hands on. This was when I learnt most. My manager was always there for me when I had questions. She was brilliant
Good mix of having tasks to do and then time to be able to network within the company and learn about what other teams do. This was a really good mix.
Yes, a fair amount. I was pleased with this. It took some time to understand everything and get my head around everything, but as the weeks progressed I was given more responsibility. Most of the tasks were to help my learning which was fantastic.
Yes, these skills will be vital. I'm so happy with this.
The Company
Fantastic, very friendly and open minded. Everyone wanted to help and were so supportive.
Very well organised, HR was always around and organising activities. Organised much more effectively than other internships I've done.
A huge amount, very impressed with this. I reached out to different people and they always made time to help me. Even the more senior people.
Yes, would love to have an offer from here. I want to work in this team!
The Culture
Yes, the other interns were great. we all got on very well, everyone was from different places but had very similar attitudes about things. We all got on very well!
London, so expensive. But I loved where I lived, and it wasn't too long the commute.
Lots of places to go, very good although didn't have much time for this.
Yes, the interns organised events and dinners, This was great. Loads of things to do in London so this was great!
