The Role
Friendly atmosphere with exposure to graduate work early on. Supportive peers and seniors who are helpful and make you feel like a part of the company.
Colleagues were appreciative of work I completed and helped me develop my skills.
Supervisor made me aware of how the grad scheme offer process works as well as providing general career advice.
Primarily focused on client work but was also given opportunity to explore side of desk work as well as social and networking opportunities.
Was given freedom over managing your own work. However, the extent to which you get responisiblity is understandably limited due to lack of training.
Improved soft skills and presentation skills as well as proficiency in Excel and understanding of industry.
The Company
Friendly atmosphere with driven and knowledgable peers. Everyone is always understanding of knowledge gaps and do their best to try support you where possible.
Internship allowed for exposure to a variety of work outside of client work which included internal projects, corporate service and even organising fundraising events.
Extent to which you receive training is limited but you learn a lot while working.
Top 4 company with opportunities to progress in your career early on.
The Culture
Friendly interns and occasional socials with engagement team- events outside of these also available to seek out and join at own discretion
Good balance between work load and social climate. Travel and food expensive due to location( London CW).
Did not actively partake in the nightlife but busy area with loads of people out at night.
limited opportunities outside of work. While there are things going on, need to actively look out for them to get involved.
