The Role
I am exposed to all asset classes and very complex transactions as part of the structured solutions group. I always learn a lot and it is very interesting. The company and the people are great, always ready to help / explain things.
I was given many tasks, some very challenging but always in the objective of the desk using it. What I am doing has purpose and is not just a task given to be given.
My supervisor will always take some time to explain to me. The tasks I was given are quite difficult and more guidance might have been helpful.
Always busy
My division gave me tasks for them to use in the future.
Definitely a lot, what I learn are great value added skills !
The Company
Very nice people, taking time to explain things to me Some people are in holiday and I have a desk in a corner so I had many things I wanted to ask but people were not that close to me.
good
could have more product / economics focused training
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Great in some divisions, less in others (flow) with Brexit
The Culture
The intake is pretty small compared to other institutions so all the interns are close
expensive
many bars but less restaurants
