All of the management team was supportive during the year and everyone tried to spend at least a day in my first month to show different aspects of the business
I had been given a field where i was planning my work load.
I was given the tasks to do with the right amount of responsibility
I have been able to see how my theoretical studies were connected to the practical work
The Company
Everyone was friendly and reachable. Different teams were all in the office where i had a chance to do cross functional project
It was well organised but a bit more caution should be given to ensure that all of the placement students were getting the same trainings
I learnt problem solving skills where I can use those skills in my everyday life as well as it’s accepted by all of the other companies
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
There was performance review by managers where those ratings sent to HR and will be used in the re-hire process
The Culture
There were other 15 placement students in the factory where we were organising social events.
I was in Liverpool where mu salary was well enough to pay my rent and have a good quality of life
Liverpool is well known by its nightlife and everyone should experience at least a night in Liverpool
There was no any social event organised by the company but I found my own social project to work on and it was funded by the company
