The Role
Amazing experience with a variety of training sessions and good financial incentives
Friendly and welcoming team. Colleagues were always happy to help with any issues.
My manager was extremely supportive throughout the internship - I received a great deal of feedback and guidance
Good level busy most days of the week
I received a substantial level of responsibility on a variety of projects
I developed my Microsoft Office skills which will be extremely useful for the finance aspect of my postgraduate degree. Additionally, I received a great overview of the Investments business - valuable for my future career

Super friendly - promoted by the flat structure and hot deskilling
Internship was well structured - very smooth on boarding process. HR kept me well informed throughout the internship
Company invests heavily in interns/graduates personal development - a variety of training courses

The Culture
Great social atmosphere - subsidized drinks and team drinks most weeks
I went to university in London so my internship did not create me any additional living costs
I did not get a chance to explore the Nightlife in the City
There were plenty of opportunities - subsidized gym
