The Role
It was amazing - got to consistently work and contribute to a project.
Very valued - my thoughts/freccomendations on what I was working on was greatly valued and listened to.
Very good support - i had regular catch-ups with my manager and team to track my internship progress. Additionally, I was allocated a specific manager and 'buddy' throughout the internship as a consistent point of contact.
Occupied 9am - 5pm with my project, networking opportunities and other tasks related to my team.
Quite a lot - I was reponsbile for spearheading a project involving teams from different region.
Greatly - I've been given laods of advice and tips, both personal adn professional ones, which I will take away with me for life.
The Company
Friendly - everyone around me was always keen and patient to help.
Very organised - I was given a specific project to work on since day 1 and attended a good number of training/executive spaeker series/social events to supplement the work i was doing on a day-to-day.
Greatly - we had a lot of mental health and technical training provided. We were also given access to online learning courses on a number of subject matters.
Company Parties/Events
Very apealing.
The Culture
Yes - we had a number of social events organised for the entire intern class as well as within my team specifically.
Rather high given that my office is located in central London.
Good given it's location in central London.
Yes - I was exposed to a number of different networks which wereinvolved in different things.
