The Role
Really engaging work. Challenging but rewarding.
Definitely feel valued. The bank give you an opportunity to do some very value adding work. Colleagues arnt afraid to give you challenging work and give you recognition when you succeed.
Given lots of guidance. Managers and supervisors were very helpful.
Busy enough for time to fly by but never overwhelmed.
Given a good deal of responsibility in terms of workload.
Learned so much in my time at the bank through trainings, on the jobs skills and just talking to people.
