The Role
There was great structure of the programmes which ensures that we not only learn more about banking and technical knowledge, but the focus was on development. There was great support from the internship team and you get to gain tons of knowledge.
Everyone is HSBC is friendly and approachable. All the people are helpful if you are facing some problems.
Everyone has a line manager who ensures the internship goes smoothly. There is a lot of support and if you have any questions the managers would always help.
At some times, we are very busy, but there is still balance. It hugely depends on how actively involved one is in extra-curricular activities.
There are loads of opportunity where you can take ownership of work.
The Company
The atmosphere was great. Everyone is helpful and friendly. We are very busy but we still make time to chat and catchup with colleagues.
