The Role
It was an intense and really interesting program. The floor is full of smart people that are keen to help.
They really consider you as a member of a team and try to get you involved as much as possible.
They really try to help you out on any issue you may face.
Busy from the morning to the end of afternoon. All day.
You are responsible for delivering what people ask you to do in the time that you have. You will probably not be given responsibilities that may have PnL impact on the desk.
It is really good to get into practice. There are both completing each other.
The Company
Atmosphere was linked to the intensity of the day. Very focus but friendly as well.
Really well organised. Very structured. Good timing and good follow-up.
Basically a lot since its main resources to train you are its employees. They try to make you learn as much as possible.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Opportunities definitely look attractive. The work atmosphere is good as well.
The Culture
Yes, several events were organised for all of us, no matter the department.
It was very expensive but location is great and plenty of activities around, so it is worth it.
Very active from Thursday to Saturday but quiet during week time.
Sure, social events, volunteering and even more that are sent by email to employees.
