The Role
The internship was very well-organised and I learnt an incredible amount.
I was given a significant amount of responsibility and treated like a permanent colleague.
I was always given sufficient and varied tasks.
I was given real work which had real value-add for the team.
From starting with no financial background/knowledge, I now feel well-prepared for a career in banking and well set-up to develop my knowledge further in a grad scheme.
The Company
Everyone was friendly and excited to be at work.
Socials, training, rotations and insight sessions were all seamlessly arranged.
Everyone was more than willing to invest their time in helping you learn more about themselves and the bank.
I would love the opportunity to begin on a grad scheme at MUFG, and then hopefully to continue working here thereafter.
The Culture
The interns got on very well and my teams went for regular socials.
London is an expensive area, but our intern wage covered expenses.
MUFG has a big sports and socials community.
