The Role
The programme was very well run and really aided in my career development
I was given a lot of independence in my work
there were lots of avenues of support around me to go to
there were a variety of projects I was given which were interesting
enough, there were some parts where I had to accept that a senior member had to get involved
mainly my research skills were applied in a different area and this will help in future projects at university
The Company
very positive and relaxed, the clear desk policy meant you could engage with different people
the projects were given to the business needs which meant the work was relevant
a lot, they really wanted you to get the most out of the programme

The Culture
