The Role
It was good to interact with many different people and job provided me the opportunity to travel around the UK.
Managers and assistant managers would explain all the tests that needed to be done and also helped when there were areas which were challenging.
Working late was part of the job during most weeks and everyone expected a lot of work to be done in a short period of time.
A lot of responsibility was provided and working on different balances by myself was a common thing.
Organisational and communicational skills which will help me in whatever I do.
The Company
Quiet atmosphere where everyone just go on with their work.
Sent to college and training provided at the beginning. Other training schemes were available online to do in your own time and obtain additional accounting knowledge.
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
The Culture
Birmingham city centre was excellent for shopping and night life. The renting was not cheap as it was right in the city centre but accommodation could be found a little outside for a lot less.
