The Role
I was made to feel really welcome in a short space of time and became really involved with the work the team i was placed with did.
I was treated very well and all staff were very considerate and accomodating.
My manager gave me great opportunities to grow in the business which resulted in a permanent job and place on the graduate scheme.
I was busy but my manager and the rest of the team made sure my workload was manageable and matched my capabilities.
I was gradually given more responsibility and developed trust to complete tasks independantly.
ALthough I dont think my job will of directly impacted on my studies, my placement taught me workplace skills which will be vital to my future career and current position.
The Company
Worked hard but the atmosphere was positive
Very well organised, exceeded expectations.
I dont feel the company could have done any more and have made a firm investment in my future career.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Excellent considering the wider environment.
The Culture
Graduates and other staff have been great in getting my involved with social events.
Cheaper than London!
Since being a student in sheffield i know there is good nightlife.
There have been a few charity and graduate events to attend.
