The Role
Great experience and atmosphere. My team was amazing and always engaging
Responsibilities increase as you keep doing a better job
I have been pretty lucky with my buddy, who take care of me and guide me toward the different concepts in this industry
I will always depend on your level of commitment. You can get really busy or you can just lay down. It really depends on you and your willingness to get a full time offer
My internship was quite technical thus, some pre-knowledge is required and I was learning more than executing
I am sure that the skills develop will help me in my future placements as there are universal skills that work out in the most diverse environments. Team work, transparency and commitment
The Company
Engaging and funny atmosphere , is all about the team and mine was very well-rounded
My team was fairly small so I manage to have exposure and to the tasks required on the daily basis as well as other biz units in the bank
There is 1 week of training for a summer internship which sets the ground level for all the interns. Moreover you get substantial training from others department presentations and the final team project, that is presented in front of the senior management.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
It looks really promising, with a bunch of areas in full expansion and capacity to improve
The Culture
Fairly good atmosphere among the summer interns, I missed a bit the interaction with some 1st year analyst and junior positions from other departments.
London is expensive..
Couple of pubs and clubs, but shoreditch is close by...
Yes, many CSR activities as well as sport events. I really enjoyed having this 1 hour a week to do different stuff
