The Role
Engaging, challenging with a great team and adequate training
Sat with us at lunch, trusted us with important client work.
Regular feedback on tasks and work was readily given and help offered on areas we were struggling with
Lots to be doing usually, some very busy spells, quietened down towards the end
Once asked to write a section of a client report from scratch. Often produced figures and graphs that were used in final reports without any alterations
As a physicist, the excel and office skills are not too useful, but will 100% come in useful in any work environment. The teamwork aspect and doing tasks within a group will be invaluable anywhere
The Company
Professional and formal, with occasional social fixtures.
Good structure, tasks and work given. Missed some training due to others being too busy
Gave us a tour of Lloyds, spent lots of time training us far beyond the level where an intern could be expected to use these skills
Have not had feedback yet, would love to work here
The Culture
Lots of intern socials and opportunities to mingle
Very expensive, central London so £5 pints
There, but expensive and not really worth it
Lots of interoffice sports events
