The Role
The placement I really enjoyed, I was given work in which will add value to my team even after I have left the company.
I felt very valued. upon showing them the work I had completed, they expressed how this work would save them time in the future with their daily job tasks.
I had catch up meetings with my line manager often to remain focused and on task. these were very useful.
Very busy. At the start not so much but as the placement went on and my network grew, I was given more tasks.
Not a lot. I was given reasonability over my own project work and that was it.
The knowlage I gained has been invaluable. Both as in soft skills and hard. I developed my computer skills and gained a lot of industry knowlage about electrical engineering from season professionals.
The Company
Great fun and social environment while getting work done.
Areas for improvement discussed with my company. They were keen to improve. however very well organised.
