The Role
My work placement has been really good thanks to the people i have worked with. I have gained admin experience and insight on what employers will be looking for when receiving a CV. Overall, the past 12 weeks have been enjoyable.
My colleagues made me feel so welcome from the very start and this has continued throughout the whole 12 weeks. They will continue to be friends after work and will ensure to keep in touch.
Throughout my 12 weeks i didn't have a manager for around 1 month. However, the area manager came in once a week. Although I had no manager i still had support from the team.
On a day-to-day basis I was kept busy by reviewing CV's on X3 and sending them over to the team. I also referenced, formatted CV's and sent over leads. This kept me busy on a day-to-day basis.
During my placement I was given the responsibility of formatting CV's and carrying out references for the team. I also updated spreadsheets and found leads and CV's to help the team.
I have developed admin skills, communication skills and telephone manner skills. These skills I will be able to provide in the future.
The Company
The general atmosphere in the office was fun and positive. Everyone was so easy to get on with and was always there if you ever needed them.
The intern was organised very well. From the day I came in, I was given tasks to carry out on a day-to-day basis and everything was explained to a high standard.

If recruitment was what I wanted to go in to I would 100% come back to the company.
The Culture
There was an award night and a couple of nights out with the office which was fun and sociable.

Liverpool nightlife is a great night out.
