The Role
Overall I really enjoyed working for the bank, and developed new skills and confidence from the projects and activities I participated in. I feel like I am more confident in the workplace, and my communication in formal settings has greatly improved.
Due to how busy my colleagues were with PPI wind down, I often felt excluded as they would sit silently completing work or work from home- so I was often in the office alone.
My manager supported my areas of development and guided me on any aspects I was unsure of. She gave enough advice and independence so I could fulfil my personal development goals.
There were days where I was struggling to find things to do as I didn't have enough on my work pad. Other days I had a lot on, so it varied vastly day to day.

The Culture
I can't make a judgement on this as I lived at home and commuted into work.
