The Role
I enjoyed the experience very much. I feel I have learned much during the time here.
My colleagues were very welcoming and friendly. Whenever we neede something one of them would always help out. They also gave very good and constructive feedback to me.
My manager was very helpful. He gave very helpful advice on how to grow and develop both soft skills and how to be more confident.
My working hours were fairly normal. I always had something to work on but I never felt overwhelmed by the workload. I have never been in situation where I needed to stay late.
I was given the role of scrum master which presented a lot of responsibility. It required having to talk to others in my team to resolve issues.
I have learned a great deal about blockchain during this internship. The work ethic will also help me to work even harder and more efficiently.
The Company
The atmosphere was very relaxed and productive. Everyone was welcoming.
The organisation of our projects was mostly good however it took longer than expected to start a second project due to other things outside our control
We were given a very good training platform to learn by new skills.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
The prospects are really good as we were shown how vast the tech industry in the company is and how many opportunities are
The Culture
There was a good scene amongst the interns. There were many good social events.
I did not need to worry about this because I commuted from home.
I do not particularly care about the nightlife in London as I am not interested in those things.
There were many opportunities given to us such as talks about future technology.
