The Role
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the responsibility appropriately provided alongside support and fortunately have found an area I want to work in, in the future. Enjoyed the adapting to working life also and success of course brings enjoyment.
Very much so, being made an integral and indispensable part of the team. This has then been echoed by my seniors which is of course an imperative part of modern day management.
Never once was there an occasion that supervisors/management seemed irked or bothered when addressed for support. All managers have significant teaching skills alongside expertise in their respective areas.
Very busy, but it’s the best way to be when working. By being pushed to your limits you learn the optimum about both yourself as a person as well as the field you work in. I for one have loved the responsibility in the workplace.
As touched on previously, yes absolutely. I’ve been given as much responsibility as any other ‘full time’ member of the team and achieved results equaling or bettering that of my colleagues, which has been a fantastic cornerstone to build on for the future.
Although my department doesn’t necessarily correlate directly with my degree I’m sure I will take my work ethic back into university however, to achieve the best result possible. There are however transferrable skills such as communication and time management I will utilise.
The Company
Like in every office across the world and the way in which people are inclined naturally not everyone is positive. However at ProspectSoft the large majority of employees are upbeat and my department in particular are a pleasure to work with in the day-to-day
Very well organized. Naturally every business is learning as they work and certain things change however talking about the placement process, it’s length and running and accreditations throughout are testament and well felt throughout the scheme.
So much so. In regards to my personal development I cannot speak highly enough. I’ve come on leaps and bounds as a professional and could not foresee myself to be in the position I am today, this time 13 months ago.

Working from home
For me personally the opportunity to learn off the professionals I have done so far is a big pull. I feel my efforts have been rewarded appropriately considering the size of the organisation and hopefully the direction it is going in.
The Culture
This is more of the luck draw element. Nonetheless the social aspect provided was more than satisfactory by the company and I can’t complain.
The area is reasonable pricing and once again, this is one sort of out of the companies control. However I was satisfied with living and socializing.
I’m fairly open minded of nights out and can do a wide variety to be fair. So I was more than satisfied with the nightlife scene.
Yeah once again this is sort of off your own back, but I personally played for a local football team which occupied me 3 times a week outside of work, so happy days.
