The Role
Very good
Had plenty of time for me.
They were always on hand to help
Mostly had a job to do and especially as I settled in.
To begin with I was settling in but as I settled in my managers trusted me much more with tasks that I could do, considering I had no completed higher education
I learned plenty on new computer programmes and how a construction contractor works. The computer programmes will be very useful for the future and for my degree.
The Company
Was not in a company office so the actual company offices were much better when I visited.
My managers put a lot of time into giving me things to do and coaching me. The Learnign and Development team tried their hardest to fit me in.
They gave me everything I needed to complete the task
National Travel
Healthcare/Dental
They told me about their future steps.
The Culture
I did not meet any from my company.
Leeds centre is expensive but not too bad compared to London and the South.
Very good but I didn't partake.
Yes but not through work channels.
