The Role
Interesting work across many areas of the business. Lots of oppurtunity
Was taken seriously and treated with respect. Work given was valuable and felt contribution was recognised.
Weekly 1;1 meetings and constant support where needed.
Some days were slower than others but some were very busy. Overall, had a lot of time finding work for myself.
Put in charge of a project that saw me meet with new suppliers alone.
Project management, problem solving, professional communication, CAE training.
The Company
Everyone very friendly and easy to get on with. Good atmosphere
Felt certain areas could have been better organised. Allocation of placements felt random and not at all tailored to individual wants and specialties.
Had 12 external training days over the 3-month placement and could have done more if I wanted to.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Working from home
Been offered a return job
The Culture
All lived in student halls together so very sociable.
Expensive
Not the best
Lots of gradnet oppurtunities
