The Role
I love this fast pase working life not one day was he same it felt like time flew by as the day began and we all started working non stop with alot of jokes and fun the team was great and the management were so nice and friendly customer service representative is the best role
We had a good team alot of laughter jokes mingling with the customers the management were very encouraging of us having a good report with the customers we enjoyed our working life and we all helped one another out when someones having a slow or a off day we would always help out
Monthly weeekly meetings helped me understand what I'm.foing good and what I could improve on so the one to one with the manager really helped me.develop and understand who I am what I bring to the.team and how I could better the team and keep the moral up for everyone
Very busy as we were the only branch to the local area we were in a busy market so the door fall was incredibly busy but I enjoyed myself because it kept me busy and I get bored easy so it's always nice to have that time fly by at the end of the day
As I was just an intern not alot of responsibility was given to me but I'm a fast learning once I got the hand of things I was left to my own resources which I made the best of as I was eager to learn and develop as a professional
Taught me hard work resilience time management skills I learnt alot being in retail taught me.im a people person I like being out I like interacting with people and making there life easy making a difference means alot to me to make someone's day isn't that was retail is all about customer service
The Company
Very open very friendly we were all very approachable very calm and polite and honey environment it helped having good managers we felt like our own self we didn't need to hide
Very professional very hands on team United always asked me how I'm feeling about work if I needed any additional help more training external events
I was allowed to join the introduction saminer for the company HQ they allowed me to joing the creative front room team to see how other departments work

I would say anyone hat joins them will be very happy they will hire u on the spot if u fit them team and criteria the see talent and will and see potential straight away it's a team to be proud to be working with
The Culture
After work we used. To stay behind and go out to talk about our futures and see where life is going to take us the next step after the placement its all a plan and to impliment the plan it's all a time game
Very good very local to pubs and supermarkets it was in the heart of everything
I never stuck around that long after work to.even.dind out I have to study and learn hence I was not in the busy scene of oarties
Yes always we had a park near us we wud go do picnics play our board games there it was really fun and the management's came to
