The Role
Very stressful but equally rewarding. First few weeks are really tough but you get into it
Colleagues were the best. Really generous with time they give to interns explaining things etc
HR were very good at helping interns navigate the process
Days were very hectic but hours were not excruciating and had time to go home and rest most evenings. Became less busy as you get used to doing things/more efficient
Due to regulations its quite difficult to be given responsibility but I believe I added value in some ways
Super useful skills and knowledge acquired
The Company
Great office to work in
Quite chaotic at the start due to the number on desk rotations
So much investment in interns
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
Can't wait to work there
The Culture
Interns spent social time together and there were quite a lot of social events/mixers with different teams
Expensive
Bars nearby
Possibly but I did not get involved with them
