The Role
It was hard work manual labour but great experience and exercise, I liked the flexibility and the shift work that was accessible to the employees it's great to work in such environment whilst your studying as it gives you plenty of time to work and study at the same time
I worked with many different teams met alot of different people I was fortunate enough to be trained by the company veteran he taught me alot and showed me that hard work can pay off and theres a gratitude in doing doing well and. Awards are often given
Everyone in the company was very welcoming and helpful they all took me in and gave me the best training available by the company hand book and tips for doing the best I can get the most of of the opportunity that has been prese to me
It was a flag ship store so it was constantly busy and non stop services but that meant that time flew by and we all had fun with communicating with different customers and different queries and problems all in all it was a really fun experience that I will take with me forever
I was given a fair amount as the time went by as I got more experience and more understanding I got given more and more understanding of the role and what it in tales in the long run incase I wanted to stay there longer I was happy with the responsibility
I learnt how to manage my time be calm and collected form a ora of positivity to move on and fulfill each task to its fullest ability I was taught to read and understand and then impliment the task that came in handy at university and in general life
The Company
Very calm and positive very polite helpful and all in all a joyful place to work at we had a pet friendly environment and eco friendly approach to working and management were very hands in approaching to staffing and the happy environment of the staff one to one meeting to check if we're happy
Before I started everything was arranged and I didn't have to worry about any of the paper work or training materials or uniform everything was given to me on the day that took away the initial stress that you have before starting
They went above and beyond to make sure all staff were fully trained and any new updates were always provided to the staff from head office do it was all a good well run machine from where I was I never felt like I couldn't go and ask anyone a question everyone was always open to helping and guiding
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Above 25 days holiday
You will be very happy it's an open arm policy they don't discriminate when it come to who you are and what you stand for everything is you should experience it for yourself and see if it's for you I liked it I'm sure you will to
The Culture
We had a social group for updates and meet ups and all the events that are happening it's all a very open book policy . It's a fun up beat environment it needs to be explored and enjoyed so you should try it and see for yourself
It was reasonable even on a study budget but you would have to watch your pockets as the area wasn't so cheap but if your cleaver and money saving savvy you will use all your study discount opportunities and save as much as u can
We used to travel out of the area and explore to see what else is out there to understand the area and the environment more so there was alot to see and explore and we enjoyed our time there and still go back when we get a chance
All the time there was always something going on it was a buzzing area full of fun things to do and experience quirky things that you may never do or come across but it's all fun and jokes and you must experience it once in your life time
