The Role
I greatly enjoyed my internship. It was a very good experience; both professionally and personally.
I felt very included in the team. Lots of effort was made to make my work feel meaningful, and integrate me into the team both in the office and external activities.
Great support was given, I felt that I was able to approach anyone in my team with a question if needed. Advice was given and I was guided by multiple members throughout the company (in my team and other teams)
Completely depended on the tasks of the team in general. At times the team had projects which I was involved in, other times I had less to do due to the team being less busy.
I felt my work was meaningful and benefited the team members. It was great seeing my work help members of my team, no matter how big or small.
Lots of lessons were learnt with training sessions, career guidance and also general life advice
The Company
Really good atmosphere, but at times a little quiet compared to other floors
great structure, I knew what was happening and had lots in the diary to look forward to
Members of the team and the firm in general put great effort into developing interns; no matter if they planned to apply for grad schemes or not.
I look forward to applying for a grad-scheme with the company.
The Culture
Attended drinks, lunches and charity events. Felt very involved and it seemed like there was lots to get involved with.
very expensive working, travelling and socialising in London; travel was not covered and became expensive.
relatively good, but I only went for a few drinks at pubs and did not go out at night.
was invited to drinks and also cricket, lunches and charity events
