The Role
One of the best Internship I have ever had.
Colleagues always try to get the most out of your skills and your job.
Every person in the company is easily approachable and the mentor you are assigned to is always committed to guide you. You can easily engage with Team Leaders ready to give you feedback and guidance.
I felt I was always busy. If it happens that you are not busy enough, you can easily engage in some new projects and you will find people ready to give you work.
You can easily take responsibility if you feel ready to do so. It is encouraged but no one will force you in doing that.
I developed a good understanding of financial markets and different market players, which helped me in having a more complete and broader overview on the subject I am studiyng applied to real cases.
The Company
Very pleasant.
The people behind the organization did an amazing job. Every day was organized hours by hours with interesting activities.
The company invested a lot of time and resources in activities and training dedicated to interns.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
There are good career opportunities both in terms off salary growth and roles development.
The Culture
You definitely make a lot of friends over the internship.
In London it was quiet expensive. Nevertheless, it is very much affordable with the salary you get. Furthermore, a lot of companies events are organized by the company with free food and drinks.
A lot of bars and clubs not far away from the office. easily accessible with the tube / uber
The company encouraged interns and employees to do that offering different kind of activities.
