The Role
Great people, great environment, great fun, great exposure to daily business operations
They made me feel very valuable to the organization, allowed me to take the initiative and to manage my own time
They were always available whenever I needed help and gave me the impression to really value my efforts
Not in terms of working hours but the job was very intense
Highest responsibility, for example, I leveraged on my own network to organize a meeting and know the whole team
Would have been very useful but I should be done with university
The Company
People were just amazing. Built great relationships with everyone I met
Internship has been organized very well, the workload was balanced and the activities really interesting
They invest heavily in Human Resources, the first week has been training to level the playing field and in the following 9 it was on the job training
I had the chance of seeing the financial products department as a whole, and loved both analytics and sales
The Culture
Absolutely, the environment and the people in general were among the best things of the internship
Pretty high, it is central London
Not aware of that, did hangout just out of office. There was a nice pub tough
There was charitable activity, and we did one BOB Event during the internship
