The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed this internship from the start to the end. The structure of the programme was very well thought out and allowed us to develop our skills over the course of the summer. I genuinely believe this is one of the best internship programmes available and urge all to apply for this invaluable opportunity.
I felt very valued and that my work was creating an impact - especially with the projects i was working on. I felt that my opinions and perspectives were valued and i added value to my teams.
I received consistent and useful feedback all throughout the internship - communication was very open and transparent
Some days were busier than others but this was purely to do with when the projects had fallen - coinciding dates and generally the second half of the internship was busier.
A lot - i was trusted to interact with clients from day 1 and also to reach out to new prospects. A very engaging experience and great opportunity to develop my skills and competencies,
The skills and training will prove invaluable - in particualr presenting and being able to display logical research, thought processes as well as results - i will finish the internship feeling positive about my impact and how i can use my skills onwards in my degree and professional career at Bloomberg.
