The Role
The amount of exposure I had. The quality of the team and the approach to work.
Was treated like a proper member of the team. My input was valued and I was not treated like an intern. My colleagues were happy to discuss my performance and give me feedback and were always happy to answer questions.
I was usually given a suitable amount of work but occasionally I would have some extra time due to the nature of the work.
I was given an appropriate amount of responsibility to learn. As an intern this was surprising but was appreciated as it helped me manage my tasks effectively and feel invested in my work.
The Company
The team dynamic was excellent and everyone was friendly.
Very well. I was automatically given a laptop headset. My email was linked to the computer and Skype details. I was very impressed by how effective everything was.
Did a few training courses and was always encouraged to attend workshops to discuss new ideas and approaches to work.
