The Role
Really enjoyed the team I worked with and the work I had
We were a very close team and I felt very valued
Like I said previously the team were very good at being supportive
I could have asked more questions but other than that I was quite busy
I had a good range of different responsibilities during my placement year
This will give me an insight into working life as well as methods that you can’t learn in a classroom
The Company
Majority of the time it was a good atmosphere within the office
The first week I was without a laptop and had little work so not very organised
There was constant training days as well as online training
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
I would definitely work with the company again in the future
The Culture
There were constant social activities that we all attended as a team
I lived in the area so living costs were low and travel I had travel expenses
The site was close to two big cities with good nightlife
There was a lot of team socials but sometimes the men organised there own activities such as football ect.
