The Role
I enjoyed it a lot as I learnt so much in such a short space of time. I was given a good level of responsibility and it helped me develop quickly.
I was given a good level of responsibility and I was able to talk to people comfortably
I was given a buddy and people were generally very helpful
It was an intense internship and I felt that I was busy everyday. It varied desk bt desk but generally, it was a very busy day.
I was given a high level of responsibility for some desks and I felt that I added value with good work given to me
It has definitely helped me understand what it takes to be successful and how to balance and prioritize my time efficiently.
The Company
It was energetic, fast-paced and dynamic. People were friendly and had time for me and I was given a good level of support
It was quite organized with the rotations but perhaps each desk could have been given more structure in terms of setting work
The lunch and learns were very useful and the training itself was good. Perhaps more Bloomberg training would have been useful.
Subsidised/Company Gym
The firm is in a wonderful growth stage and it would be amazing to be part of it. It is exciting and dynamic and somewhere I definitely want to be at.
The Culture
Yes, we were close amongst each other
The area itself is generally expensive
Generally good
