  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I enjoyed it a lot as I learnt so much in such a short space of time. I was given a good level of responsibility and it helped me develop quickly.

  • I was given a good level of responsibility and I was able to talk to people comfortably

  • I was given a buddy and people were generally very helpful

  • It was an intense internship and I felt that I was busy everyday. It varied desk bt desk but generally, it was a very busy day.

  • I was given a high level of responsibility for some desks and I felt that I added value with good work given to me

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • It has definitely helped me understand what it takes to be successful and how to balance and prioritize my time efficiently.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • It was energetic, fast-paced and dynamic. People were friendly and had time for me and I was given a good level of support

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • It was quite organized with the rotations but perhaps each desk could have been given more structure in terms of setting work

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The lunch and learns were very useful and the training itself was good. Perhaps more Bloomberg training would have been useful.

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • The firm is in a wonderful growth stage and it would be amazing to be part of it. It is exciting and dynamic and somewhere I definitely want to be at.

  • Yes, we were close amongst each other
