The Role
I enjoyed the work, it was relatively interesting but I believe this is down to the luck of what team you end up with.
I did not get any work from the wider team which meant I didn’t feel ‘valued’ by my colleagues as I was not helping them in their working day
I had great support and guidance
Not very busy, I was often ‘looking busy’
Not much important responsibility. I was given a solo task but it wasn’t very important and it was my only task.
I can’t answer that question yet.
The Company
Quiet and not very loud.
Very well organised by the intern organisers over all.
We had some training to begin with but not as much training as with other internship programmes
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Quite appealing but I think it depends on the team you end with.
The Culture
Yes with fellow placements students.
Expensive as it is in London
There are no clubs in Canary Wharf but a lot of bars.
There were sports teams.
