The Role
RBC offers various opportunities to learn more about the industry and the job, as well as to network
The program gave us the opportunity to get feedback from our colleagues in order to improve our work
I felt involved in the team, and each team member always had time to explain me how to do the work and how it would be use
I had the opportunity to work on various tasks / projects to get a global understanding of the daily work of an Analyst
I had the opportunity to work on some subjects directly with Senior Managers, which helped me to work in autonomy
The skills developed will help me in both my professional and personal life

Nice culture in RBC in general
Various learning sessions, networking opportunities and activities were organised
We had more than a week of training with different professional to learn the basics, which was really helpful once at the desk
